 2023 Toronto Conference Summary

The core values of Yachad BeYeshua are love for Yeshua, love for our fellow Jews, and love for the Church. The theme of our 2023 Toronto conference was the second of these core values, Ahavat Yisrael, as seen in light of the first, love for Yeshua.

The diverse traditions represented in Yachad BeYeshua are but a small spectrum of the wide range of backgrounds and viewpoints that are present among Jews throughout the world. Yet, we are called to love and value all Jews, across that vast spectrum. The place to start is with one another.

In these three days we sought to put this love into practice in common prayer, study, personal sharing, meals, and just plain fun. Each of the days began with a liturgical service representative of one of our three caucuses, and we sought to daven (pray) together a form of the traditional Jewish afternoon (Minchah) and/or evening (Ma’ariv) service. In our main sessions we will seek to learn from one another how to better live out ‘ahavat Yisrael in our daily lives.

The Main Session from each morning was recorded for those unable to attend in person.

 2022 Dallas Conference Summary

The 2022 Yachad BeYeshua International Conference was held June 20-23 on the campus of The King’s University in Southlake, Texas. More than forty Jewish disciples of Yeshua gathered for three days of joyful worship, study, and open-hearted fellowship. Over fifty others joined online for the three main presentations by Ephraim Radner, Etienne Vetö, and Jen Rosner, and another hundred friends from the Dallas area shared in an evening of praise and testimony introducing Yachad BeYeshua.

All of those who attended the 2022 conference experienced Yachad BeYeshua as a living reality, and not merely a beautiful idea (though it is also that!). Our hope is that many more may have this experience in the coming years!

2021 Online Conference Summary

On December 14-16, 2021 Yachad BeYeshua held a three-day online mini-conference exploring the meaning and implications of our mission to unite Jewish disciples of Yeshua in loving fellowship, as a witness to God's faithfulness to Israel and the Church. Each of the three sessions featured a major presentation by one of our Moderators (Mark Kinzer, Judith Wolfe, and Lee Spitzer). These presentations were followed by personal reflections from two Yachad BeYeshua members, and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of the panel.

Below are the texts of the major presentations delivered by the three Moderators of Yachad BeYeshua. Mark Kinzer addresses loving fellowship as a form of witness; Judith Wolfe speaks of our mission to the Jewish people; and Lee Spitzer reflects on our mission to the Church.

Yachad BeYeshua is the only organization of its kind. It opens the door to developing meaningful relationships with other Jewish believers in Jesus who provide both a wonderful sense of fellowship and companionship and also, in many cases, a very different perspective on key issues that challenge and sharpen our own views in the best way possible. It is truly a remarkable community.
